It's a *Sigh* Kind of Night

Who is short, overworked, tired, but still quite cute?

ME!

"Cute?  How bold!"  Might as well admit it rather than playing that ol' modesty game...  I've played it long enough and I think it isn't doing anyone justice if I kept denying it!  Just look at this:

Money face!  I make Abe look good!

XD
Hahahahahaha!

*laughs by herself*
*crick, crick*

*Sigh...*  I think I'm so funny sometimes...

So, I'm just blogging tonight to inform everyone that I am alive and well!  I've been super tired this past week.

*Sigh*

Imagine yourself in a room repeatedly enunciating eh-heh-heh-heh-very sound in the word "cat" to 6th graders who should have known this already since they were 1st grade, but don't, because they came from a place that did not mandate formal education from their citizens.  What do you get?  A plumb-tuckered out teacher...  A plumb-tuckered out ME!  T-T

But I really do enjoy my job!  I love the kids and my interactions with them.  But yes!  I have my moments.  We have our moments!  I think all teachers do.  Hence, the lesson for today is, "Be nice to your teachers; you don't know what they go through."  And good teachers would also empathize with what their students go through.

I need a release!

So, I will blab about random things about my day- just let it gush out like a waterfall!

My sister and I went to Macy's after work and simply had the most wonderful shopping experience.  I really like talking to salespeople, and the particular person who helped us out today was extremely delightful!  We were joking and laughing together, you'd think we've long been best friends!  I think good salespeople have such noble jobs.  It takes guts to talk to hundreds of strangers a day without making them feel squeamish, and there really is an art in human interaction.  Not everyone is cut out to be in sales, that's a fact.  So, I think I love her a lot already and will buy from her when I gets me some moolah!  ^-^

Next, I will show you pretty photos from Mama's garden.  Yay!

I love where I live.  ^____^  I love that my Ma loves flowers and tries her best to grow them.  She has a green-thumb, for reals!  So, I don't think the plants make her put out so much effort.  They gladly bloom for her, I think ^___^

Lastly, may he serenade you to sleep.  I love Landon Pigg's voice, kind of reminds me of Garfunkel's.

*Sigh*
What is up with me and coffee shops?
*Daydreams*

You think you know why?  Well, snap out of it! :D

Real Life Sundays, ed. 14

If you asked me what I have been up to, I'll say I've been up to a bunch of things.

I thank God that He has made every day memorable.  Every day of this week has been embedded into my memory.  It's been so sweet and beautiful.  *Sigh*  I'm so happy...  ^_______^

I finished decorating my classroom today and it's ready for them kiddies :)

Hi beautiful sister ^___^

Great Daiso find!  I miss Daiso and Tokyo...

Hehehe... No batteries yet... I always forget ^^;;

After my decorating spree, I had a little shopping spree to congratulate my hard work and celebrate the good things of life ^_____^

Spend $35 and get lotsa freebies from Lancome at Macy's, which was so
opportune because I needed a purple eyeshadow palette ^___^

My new skin care routine ^_^  Including the Genefique eye cream.

Dear Readers,
Some of you may have been missing the devotionals that I like to write and has in place been showing you a bunch of superficial things.  I miss writing those devotionals, too, but have been waiting long for proper inspiration and the words to put it all together.
But, let me tell you, I think what is so beautiful about my life in Christ is that I don't only get to think about and write inspirational thoughts but I get to live it!  This summer has been so life-changing for me, and believe it or not, I'm experiencing who God is in ways that I've only used to yearn for and His goodness, faithfulness, grace, and love are becoming so real and tangible in my life that all I can be is to be in awestruck thanksgiving to Him.  It is true... so true... that the God who is involved with the workings of the universe and of this world, is the God who is also so involved at a personal level in our lives.
Because of His love, I can experience the juxtaposition of beauty inside and out!  He makes plans unfold, hearts renewed, and dreams come true!
"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." Colossians 2:6-7

☀Summer Outfit☀

It's positively SUMMER!

And the Guam heat has been quite oppressive.  And although I don't often wear shorts, it's become a need.  Here's my fashion idea for these coming summery days! ^^

Shirt and shorts from Esprit de Corps.  Moccasins
from Nine West.
Tip: You don't have to pay a pretty penny for
brand names.  Chance up on a sale!  Oftentimes,
I'd rather own brand name clothes because the fabric
and stitching are better and more durable.

Necklace from Macy's on sale for less than $10!

Easy nail design to match my outfit!  I'll have a quick tutorial
for you guys one of these days.

Lancome Package

Hooray!  My package came in about a week after I ordered~~ ^.^  I bought an eye cream and a lipstick to go along with the 7-piece gift.  Heehee!  I think it's always funny to buy anything for the freebies.  Or maybe a little sad because that's not the most practical thing to do...  -__-  Oh well, let's look at the bright side of things :D

They are little things, only as small as my lipstick.  The bright side: cute!

I thought might as well because I thought I was
getting wrinkles on my eyes.  Nothing serious.  :S
The bright side: I can share with Ma!

In Pink in the Limo (Sheen)

Smells like roses!

I've read reviews about its distinct smell, and mine
does have a strong smell.  I thought the brush was
well-designed, meant to reach the tightest corners.

Extra
My little sister chose these polishes.  She was in the mood for glamorous
wintry colors.  So, I borrowed ^^  I'll show you the products next time!

The lesson of this story... I don't think having more stuff actually means becoming happier.  That old adage about money and happyness rings true.  The bright side with having more is having the capability to share ^^ Shouldn't it be that way?  Someday, I think I should hold a giveaway when I get enough followers/readers or other reasons to celebrate ^____^

Anyway, as for Macy's customer service: their online service was great!  They replied to my emails quickly and they tried to answer my questions the best way they could.  The package came in less than a week, too!  ^^

Lancome Gift

Hi there!

Just a quick post, everyone, so you don't miss your opportunity: I just wanted to inform you about Macy's Lancome promo!  If you get $35+ of purchase, you'll get a 7 piece gift (a $100+ value)!  The gift includes the following of what you see in this photo (but you'd have to choose what you like-- can't have it all, baby :D)

I bought an eye cream in order to get this :D  But don't expect the gift to be in large bottles, ok?  They are sample sizes so everyone can get a piece, I guess... ^^

I think Macy's does ship internationally.  You can check that out for yourself: https://customerservice.macys.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/208/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xMzI5MTM5MTEwL3NpZC82N0FHZUJRaw==.

If you want to contact them via email: https://customerservice.macys.com/app/help/other.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Macy's in any way, nor am I officially advertising for them, nor am I being paid to do this.  I am sharing because I am caring (^.~)d

PS
I emailed them about their gift for $68 purchase.  Sadly, they've run out D:
