First Sasa Haul

I was amazed when I stumbled upon Sasa.com.  It was like a shopaholic's dream.  They have a plethora of beauty products; A LOT from Asia!  And the prices are not too expensive, too!

Finally got to order from them last month.  I even bothered my friends who were planning for their wedding because Sasa does not ship to PO boxes  *shame-shame* I felt sooo sorry.  O, the thick face I'm growing to get what I want...  Hehehe!

Oh, I forgot to photograph my My Beauty Diary orders!

Sasa.com's customer service was good, too.  I like to inquire with the companies I'm ordering from and the Sasa staff was pretty helpful and quickly attended to my questions.  That was cool.  I hope to review some of these products soon, especially the Cosmagic mascara with its interesting wand ^_^

Real Life Sunday, ed. 12

Ok, you got to get yourselves ready because I'm about to flood you with food photos!  (Well, 3 photos- not really a flood... Heh!) :D  Let's hope you already ate so you don't end up licking your screen.

18 side dishes, I tell ya!  18!  O.o

You must see the view!

We got our burgers on.  My favorite is the Umami burger with its "sauce is
boss" (top right).

My partner in crime and I dared to go sans-make-up.
The following are miscellaneous things:

Received my package in the mail.  Shoppingholics got one of my orders
wrong...  Received Brown EOS Adult Brown, rather than Grey.  I'm not
going to throw a hissyfit about it, especially since they treat me so well and
I pretty much love them to pieces.

Ominous, yet so beautiful, storm clouds rapidly coming in the horizon.  Gotta
love Guam's vast skies.  Thank You, God, I live here!

Red lips make girls feel so pretty.

Real Life Sundays, ed. 8

Hi!  ^___^

It's been a great week:) Although, a very busy one, but really great still!

Just wanna share a few photos.

Sister's pinning ceremony for her Math degree

Following day, Convocation for School of Ed.

Then my BBCB package came in the mail^.^
Not pictured, Etude House Proof 10 Liquid Liner, my most favorite
eyeliner!  (I finally concede and use the term "Holy Grail"...  Meh... -__-)

Tried this today.  So far, it's pretty good- powdery
finish.

This was my only freebie!  Wuh-hat???  ^^

It's quite interesting why we girls like to show off our stuff from the mail.  ^^  For me, personally, I think it's fun!  And maybe it's quite like free advertising for companies we buy from :)

Sguard Rock On Mascara Japan~Black

GREETINGS!

Yes, I am still alive and kickin'.  I haven't been blogging for a while because it's been crazy busy with my personal life- having to do more chores and attending to a bunch of things such as correcting a silly mistake on my taxes.  Hahaha!  Crazy story behind that!

So, yes!  My absence has been as painful to me as it has been to you.  XP  (ahem! just kidding!)

While I was gone, I've also been prepping to review items.  I've finally received my package from Shoppingholics last week, and the company has been so sweet and generous with their freebies.  It's been a great shopping experience.  If you don't already know them, please check 'em out!  (Click on the sidebar.)  They ship internationally, too. ^^♥♥♥

Mascara Japan~Black, freebies ^^

Yay!

Review time!

Sguard Rock On Mascara Japan~Black

This mascara was developed by Japanese fashion model Aya Hoshi, keeping in focus formula adhesion and the brush.

Its PROMISE: "The strong adhesion helps your eyelashes look glamorous, rich volume, natural, and long lasting; the effect is just like wearing fake eyelashes! ...Curling, lengthening, long-lasting, and extra volume! You can find them all in one!"1

Ease of Removal: 5/5  Easy to remove with warm water or make-up remover; it won't tug on your eyelids.
Lengthening: 5/5  To the skies, baby!  :D
Volume: 3/5  UPDATE It does add volume, making your lashes appear fuller but still not significantly.
Staying Power: 5/5  It's long-lasting, alright!  Just as promised.
Waterproof: 5/5  Cried and no panda-eyes ☂
Brush: 5/5   Separates lashes- preventing clumps, reaches tight corners.

Other concerns:  Build-ability of the formula needs time and patience but when you're able to achieve it the results are pretty good; pricey for such a small amount ($19.50 for less than 5 mL).  I like it, but at that price for that amount, I hope to find a more reasonable deal.

Notice the fibers.

Makes my sparse lashes long, but not rich and full.

With G&G Shinny Aqua (also known as Puffy 3 Tone
Aqua).

With my Geo Mimi Cafe in Macchiato Brown

UPDATE:
Learning from another blogger, you can use the longer bristles for length and the shorter bristles for volume by applying side-to-side.  In this manner, you can have BOTH length and volume! ^_^

Lancome Package

Hooray!  My package came in about a week after I ordered~~ ^.^  I bought an eye cream and a lipstick to go along with the 7-piece gift.  Heehee!  I think it's always funny to buy anything for the freebies.  Or maybe a little sad because that's not the most practical thing to do...  -__-  Oh well, let's look at the bright side of things :D

They are little things, only as small as my lipstick.  The bright side: cute!

I thought might as well because I thought I was
getting wrinkles on my eyes.  Nothing serious.  :S
The bright side: I can share with Ma!

In Pink in the Limo (Sheen)

Smells like roses!

I've read reviews about its distinct smell, and mine
does have a strong smell.  I thought the brush was
well-designed, meant to reach the tightest corners.

Extra
My little sister chose these polishes.  She was in the mood for glamorous
wintry colors.  So, I borrowed ^^  I'll show you the products next time!

The lesson of this story... I don't think having more stuff actually means becoming happier.  That old adage about money and happyness rings true.  The bright side with having more is having the capability to share ^^ Shouldn't it be that way?  Someday, I think I should hold a giveaway when I get enough followers/readers or other reasons to celebrate ^____^

Anyway, as for Macy's customer service: their online service was great!  They replied to my emails quickly and they tried to answer my questions the best way they could.  The package came in less than a week, too!  ^^

BBCB Package

Guess who has time to blog about little pleasantries of life?  Me! :3 chuuu~

My package came in from BB cream boutique (http://www.bbcreamboutique.com/) after 10 days of ordering.  Yay!  Who loves those boxes coming in from the mail?  Me!

Skin Food Tomato Whitening Emulsion and Toner,
Etude House Dream On Foundation, Etude House Model Shade,
and freebie mask.  The cellphone strap wasn't part of the order; just
had to include it because it matched.  Don't cha think so?  Heehee!

Cool packaging: classic soda pop bottles ^.^

Something to play with~

That bottle cap was what caught my eyes ~

♥♥♥
For those of you who appreciate my writing for more profound topics, I'm sorry you are flooded with my cosmetic reviews :( I wanted to talk about topics closer to my heart but it takes so much more careful thought :P  Please bear with me! ^0^
